Please make cheques payable to CHEPSTOW HORSE TRIALS . Separate cheques are required for each horse (with horse's name on back).

Please enclose separate 22cm x 11cm (DL size) SELF SEAL SAE for each horse. Include stabling fees with entry fee.

All CCIP** entries must be authorised by the Chairman of Pony Selectors.

FAXED entries will NOT be accepted.

WITHDRAWALS for CCI, CCIP, PN3DE & N2D by 18:00 on Mon 12 May - Tel: 01395 239088. TBC in writing.

WITHDRAWALS for One Day classes by 20:00 on Wed 14 May - Tel: 01291 638138 or 07903 550906. All telephone withdrawals to be followed by written confirmation or fax.

REFUND POLICY: 100% refunds for withdrawals before ballot date.

All Withdrawals between the ballot date and 5/5/07 will receive 50% refund or see Rule Book re waitlist.

STARTING TIMES are available between 18:00 and 20:00 Wed May 14 on 01291 627446 (N2D) and between 19:00 and 21:00 Fri May 16 on 01291 627446 (One Day Classes).

Starting Fees include a programme and will go towards medical expenses.
